At Landmass the discretion is more than just important, it’s vital. Trust and confidence are at the core of each of our relationships, whether that’s clients or suppliers. The same goes for any personal information we hold. In the same way that we would never reveal the owner of one of our townhouses, we endeavour to keep all information we hold safe and secure, be it that of clients, suppliers or individuals interested in our work.
When someone visits www.landmass.co.uk we use third party service Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things like the number of visitors to various parts of the site, what they are most interested in and so that we can improve the overall browsing experience we offer.
This information is processed in such a way that it cannot be used to identify an individual. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal contact information, including the areas that you are most interested in. We use that information to keep you updated with the latest news from Landmass as well as tailoring our emails to ensure you receive the most relevant information.
We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses at any time or for any reason. If we require additional information in order to offer invitations or opportunities to you, we will contact you directly.
All the information we gather is kept secure at Landmass; we do not and will not ever pass your information, be it personal or anonymous, on to third parties. This data is kept secure on a single computer with limited access within Landmass and will only ever be used for its intended purpose.
You are entitled to view, amend or delete the personal information that we hold at any time. To do so, email your request to our data protection officer Diana Gucea at firstname.lastname@example.org.
