Located in the Norland conservation area, this property consists of lower ground and ground floors. The works included a glazed infill extension at the rear of the property, and incorporated a light well to allow light and ventilation. Extension at the rear allowed spatial re-configuration which allowed better circulation and use of space.

The  final design is a mixture of modern and industrial elements. Throughout, the property has a fresh and airy feel due to the light colour palette.This is further complimented by the light well and glass partitions.
