In one of our most ambitious projects to date, Landmass turned a dilapidated building into this iconic modern home in the heart of Notting Hill. The objective was to ensure that it did not feel like an underground space.

Al fresco dining area was created to merge the boundaries between inside and out; and the inclusion of a magnificent sculptural helical staircase with a large rooflight ensures that natural light permeates the entire property. The property was finished with a modern and luxurious interior utilising a neutral palette.
